ASPCA launches puppy facts database

The ASPCA has launched a database to search for inspection reports for breeding facilities across the country. The database lists violations from lack of medical care and unsanitary living conditions to inadequate record keeping. Also included in the database is information for pet stores located New York, Illinois, and Pennsylvania.
